Dear Aravindan,
According to the scientists, the world is a manifested form of universal energy.
But the designer of the mater is not the cosmic energy, but conscious energy.
When you look into your own physiological system, your food is digested, your blood vessels are developed and blood is circulated and refined.
Your mind wakes up and sleeps. All these functions though happen in the body, but because of the conscious energy only! A dead body can never produce hydrochloric acid which is the main aspect for food digestion. So the ruler and designer of the cosmic energy is the conscious energy.
That is why Vedas say everything functions because of God; and God is the conscious energy and you are potentially able to experience that.
