Swamiji , i read, Swami vivekanada eats non vegetarian foods and he told other people to take such foods for working hard and strong . Swamiji what is your opinion about this?

As you said, that was his opinion.
Being from a Bengali background where Brahmins consume fish, it was not uncommon to say this.
My opinion is giving pain for ‘eating pleasure’ is not the way of a seeker. (Also it is not meant for humans too).
