Swamiji, if one person did all sins in his life but later understood what is the real purpose of life and became a saadhu and a true devotee of god (like Valmiki maharishi), then will he be freed from all karma bhalas of his old life? or will he have to born once more to experience the karma bhalas for his action?

The laws of Karma are definite and time bound.
Like the seeds of various plants or trees sprout in different time durations, Karmaphalam for various Karma occur in time determined by Time only.
We can not specifically predict it.
But we have freedom in erasing the impressions (or burning the seeds of karma) in our mind through meditation.
