Our Rishis have said, “Idam Na Mama” which means “this is not mine” and “Nethi.. Nethi” which means “not this… not this”.
The first refers to ‘my’ness and the second refers to ‘I’ness.
When you become totally free from both these identifications, you are liberated.
It is becoming more and more aware, till you get established.
