Pranamam Swamiji, Swamiji I know that brain and mind are totally different. Then what is the function of our brain? All the memories and images are in the mind(subconscious mind), is it? Basically what does our brain do? What does it store….if we touch a hot object we withdraw our hand back…this is because of our brain right? Swamiji please explain this With love

Simply speaking brain is like the hardware and mind is like the software of a computer system.
Without hardware software can not function and without software hardware has no use.
As you know a dead body has brain, but it has no use.
