First of all I congratulate you in recognizing your own weakness and your desire for changing yourself.
That is the first step towards building a strong mind.
Please understand, worrying will not solve any problems. As long as your mind dwells in a problem it gets worse. The moment your mind shifts to a solution oriented attitude you will feel more confident.
Let me suggest the following to you:
1. List out the present problems one by one in a paper on the left side and write down the possble solutions on the right side. You will wonder that your own mind can find solutions too.
2. Categorize them into temporary and long term problems. Describe it as if they are all going to be solved very well.
3. Do not hesitate to seek help from your well wishers and thank them from your heart instead of feeling miserable for any obligations.
4. Visualize yourself and others being very hapy and peaceful, just before retiring to sleep and immediatley after waking up.
5. Doing Yoga and meditation will help you develop mental strength.
Please chant Lalithasahasranamam regularly. It is good to chant it sitting near the sick person or touching him. The aura it creates helps healing and also provides strength. Hari Om.
