Our great masters realized that the mind which is cultured and cultivated can reach and experience the infinite divinity.

(There are 16 type of such Shodasa kriyas which start from mother’s womb to the final cremation ceremonies in the life cycle of a human being).
Today, the society is running after information and they just blindly follow those instructions without any commitment and involvement.
So, all these rituals are meant for mental transformation, provided we do it 100%,
We should introspect whether we are gathering more spiritual energy and strength and be able to transmit the divine love without an iota of hatred. If yes, you are benefited by the rituals. That indicates your spiritual progress.
