It is difficult when you have to deal with a terminal illness. This is exactly where the importance of Bhagavatham is in our lives. King Parikshit only had seven days before his death when he listened to Bhagavatham. But he was fearless of death when the time came. Death is an inevitable part of every life and to alleviate fear is the most important thing. As family members be with her and make her days happy. While doing everything needed to treat her, do not brood over the illness. Try to divert her time to things she enjoys, music, short trips, visiting favorite people etc. Above all trust in a divine will and its decisions. If she has knowledge of Bhagavatham encourage her to read it, or one of the family members can read it for her or discuss it with her. Hari Om
