Maya Seetha is the illusionary Seetha who replaced the real Seetha before she was caught by Ravana.
After the death of Ravana, Maya Seetha was replaced again by real Seetha.
This is according to some versions of Ramayana.
Sage Valmiki did not mention such a twist in the story.
