Recently i happened to hear from a famous futurologist that there are speculated norms and regulations for each God in temple especially during circumambulation. and if even a child stands in front of Sanctum Sanctorum at the time of pooja will invite wrath of God and so on. I was reminded of your saying and could you please put some light to it.

Temples are constructed as energy centres and the rituals in each temple is according to the consecrated energy of the deity. This will be different in each temple. The energy levels may be high during some Pujas and hence you are advised not to stand directly in front of the sanctorum. You receive blessings not wrath. Hari Om
