Pranam Swamiji, As u said we have physical body, mental body and energy body. When we asked about this with some doctors and scientists that which comes first and the reply is, in winter physical body will be cold, mental body will be cool and energy level will be low. In summer physical body will be heat, mental body will be hot and energy body level will be high, But when we look from spiritual angle, energy body will come first and thats why saints in Himalaya are not affected by icy cold climate there and they are not even using woolen shall, where as we all require these. Is this correct. Pls advs.

As we advance through Sadhana, we will be blessed by many Sidhis.
So, many masters, especially in the Himalayas have displayed amazing miraculous Sidhis, by transcending many limitations poised by their body.
