Dear Swamiji, i asked many writers, artists, singers about their involvement in their work. They said that when they start writing, a force is helping them and many points which were not earlier planned will come in the writing process. Many speakers also have this experience. Like that readers – they can read many books continually which we cant. Like that singers and artists, but when they all discontinue for quite some time, they cannot come back as previously. So what we understood is that we should keep on doing the work which is interested to us continuously with full involvement other wise it will go away from us. Can we say this involvement is another form of meditation. Pls advs.

At maximum involvement work becomes effortless and a way to link ourselves to the transcendental spirit. Then it becomes “work as worship” or karma yoga. At that point the worker is a spiritual being with a human experience. Meditation in one sense. Hari Om.
