Your question is not very clear. Folded hands or “Anjali mudra” is considered the posture for expressing gratitude and respect. When we say Namaste, it means “I bow to the divine in you”. When used in prayers it represents the unison between Bhagavan and the devotee. The folded hands are typically placed over the heart chakra or the Ajna to facilitate a positive flow of energy to these centres. Hari Om.
