Namasthe Swamiji, As already heard, it is good to chant Om Namo Bhagavathe Vasudevaya or narayanaya 108 times every day. What is the method usually followed to remember the number? What is the significance of that? Thank you,

While 108 has several reasons of importance in the Hindu tradition the most important thing to know is that we have 72000 Nadis in our body that synapse at 114 junction points. Of these, 114, 108 can be manipulated positively by our efforts. Hence we use the number 108 for chanting, and in several rituals. Hari Om.
