Swamiji… when we sleep we can’t feel anything.. others negative words , pain etc… then at that time what happen in mind…mind evide pokunnu? mind engane unarnnu varunnu….

Mind is always associated with life energy or prana. In wakefulness, the mind is predominantly tied to the mukhya prana, which gives sensitivity to external and internal stimulus. in sleep, the association is predominantly with apana and vyana pranas and weakly with samana and udhana prana. That is why your heart beats fast, you breath harder or you perspire during a scary dream though not aware of it. As the mind shifts back to the mukhya prana you wake up and become responsive to the stimuli around. Hari Om.
