Pranam swami, if a strong desire like sex is aroused or implanted in our mind , we should try to fulfil that desire or shun it by concentrating on God? Though we concentrate wouldn’t that desire arise again? But why should we ignore that desire because God also had this eecha shakti ?

Sex is part of nature and all beings in creation.
But dwelling your mind in those thoughts or entertaining such imaginations is the actual reason behind such excessive desires.
Only idle minds fall prey to it.
When you have a passion and engage creatively in new things, you are not troubled by it.
In fact, the joy you get from a meditative mind is more deep and long lasting than all other pleasures.
