I want to know the meaning of Chathusholibhagavatam

Dear H.D Nair,
It is about the VISION of life and it’s APPLICATION.
The Great Rishis had a vision about the source of body and mind.
Thus they realized that the body returns to it’s source namely Panchabhootha and the mind returns to it’s source called the Chaithanyam.
The application is concerned with the Sadhana or efforts needed to return the mind to it’s source.
This is explained in the Bhagavatham.
