hari om swamiji,my mother tells me to think of god and chant prayers in my mind but for sometime i do it when i am free but when i start doing something i forget plz tell me what do do swamiji,pranamam on your feet hari om!

Dear Vishnu,
When you start every work with a prayerful mind, surrendering your intentions, efforts and the result you will realize that it is God that works through you. The “I”ness and “My”ness will vanish and God starts expressing through you.
Then all around you will feel the divinity in you; when YOU become the prayer, that is the greatest prayer!
