Swamiji, what does the words “sthoola” and “sookshma” actually means? What is the meaning of sthoola bhava or sthoola shareera and sookshma shareera? Hari Om…
Posted by Meenu Venugopal on February 17, 2016
What you perceive with your senses is Sthoola or gross. What is present but inconceivable by sense organs, is subtle or sookshma. When you see light, the bulb is sthoola, the electricity is sookshma. The sthoola is the voucher for the presence of the sookshma. Your physical body is sthoola sareera and energy body is sookshma. Hari Om.
