Swamiji First of all thanks a lot for helping us to understands our holy books. My question is can we chant lalitha sahasranamam during our menstrual cycle. Many of them say that it is a mantra so we cant chant HARIOM

There is no problem with chanting any mantra in any physical state of the body. Harinamakeerthanam clearly says that. Purity of your mind and devotion is most important. Hari Om.
