As a student I used to be often told by my close friends and professors that I have a lot of talent inside. But I was quite withdrawn and introverted by nature in my teens and after that. After I got a job ,this introverted attitude of mine caused a lot of problems .As a student I was loved and protected by parents and teachers but after I got a job and got married I came to know about the world outside and the harsh truths and politics of the world outside and how no one cares for the truth or the talent inside ,they are all waiting to judge you and find faults and magnify those flaws .When I was on maternity leave and with my baby I just could feel my highest self come out and people could see the change and many people told me I became very smart. As a mother I don’t want to run away from the real world because I have to raise my baby to be a strong boy but sometimes I feel like I am feeling depressed and emotionally drained because of the negative and cynical attitude of the people at work.

I suggest that you read your mail once again very carefully.
You will realize that you were too dependent on others for your own happiness.
Those who depend on others are bound to suffer, because true happiness in within.
Turn your attention inward and unite with the Lord within.
Your joy will last forever.
Start appreciating others and always have gratefulness for all the blessings in life.
That feeling of abundance will shift your mind to elevated consciousness.
Be of service and be served.
