dear swamiji I am 6th month pregnant. My mother in law is telling me I should go to Temple after 7th month. Is it correct? why it is like that?I feel like it is indeed for me. I am going to Temple every week ,there we do have geetha class and bhajan which gives me immense happiness & positivity .please suggest me what should I do? please bless me & my unborn kid .

I would strongly recommend that you continue listening to Gita and Bhajans till delivery. Our Puranas say and medical science has proven that the baby in the womb can hear 6months onwards. You have heard the story of Abhimanyu and Prahaladan. Your happiness and peace is most important at this time. Keep doing everything that is good and positive. In olden days, it was said pregnant women don’t need to go to the temple as the unborn baby is considered divine. But every mother can enhance that divinity by being in a better environment during pregnancy. Hari Om.
