Swamiji, “If IT’s meant to be IT will be” and “if you want IT go for IT”.please explain these contradicting ideas even after performing all your karmas dutifully.

These are not contradicting, but complimentary ideas, in the field of your karma. You should put your sincere and best efforts in anything you do. Beyond that, you should not be attached to the results of your action, mentally or materially despite your best efforts. All you need is total surrender to the laws of nature and will of Bhagavan with the understanding that, what is meant to be, will happen. This removes the do-ership from you and equips you to receive life experiences, both good and bad with “Samabudhi”. Hari Om.
