Why should she dominate you? Is she being rude because you are lacking in your performance? if you are doing a good job, then you don’t need to be afraid of anyone. However, if your performance is not adequate, focus on improving yourself. Fear has no role in a work place any way. You should talk to her in private, may be in the presence of a common friend and find out what is the basis of her attitude to you. And politely, tell her the way she talks is hurtful and you would appreciate if the working relation can be better. The most important thing to be liked at work is definitely your service, personality and productivity. Make sure you are 100% on that. And if it is a personality flaw on her side, have the strength to ignore her. Hari Om.
