Swamiji, usually Kailas yathra took more than one month to get completed. So is it possible for a women to visit Kailas before her menopause, if she get a chance.Somebody told me that it is not a problem for Kailas yathra. Is it true Swamiji. Hari Om!

This question has been addressed several times in many different ways. Menstruating female body is less responsive to sacred environments hence women are asked to stay away from temples during that time. Traveling to Kailas is ok, but are facilities you need available there? If you get a chance you can go, as long as you can handle the journey and limited facilities. Kailas does not get affected by the nature of your body when you visit there. Hari Om.
