what is the limitation of meditation. when do we think yes now we are in meditative mind throughout
Posted by Lathika hari on June 1, 2016
People on spiritual journey sometimes get into an exaggerated idea of absolute awareness, total detachment etc. Total detachment is an attachment in one sense. Even when we speak of watching over thoughts or “Sakshi bhavam” it involves the mind and thoughts. So being meditative is not about reaching absolutes. If you ask me “how to be aware and be in the present during sleep” my answer will be “You are not sleeping then”. Understand real spirituality is about finding a balance and comfort zone of peace and bliss in life. When you get there no one needs to tell you. You have it. Hari Om.
