Pranamam Swamiji, My children are participated the Vacation class at Bhagavatham Village . they got “rudrakham ” but not wear it because they like to eat non veg (not regularly) .pls give advise

Rudraksham carries certain energy vibes that work best in certain physical environments. If the children are using non-vegetarian food it is better to avoid wearing Rudraksham now. Hari Om.
