If you do things for others expecting something in return, disappointment is bound to happen. Instead do things because you enjoy doing it, as a help. Or give, because you enjoy giving. The happiness you gain from that good deed should be your reward. If they return your favour fine, but, if they don’t…..that’s ok too. This attitude will remove all your heaviness. Do your action, without attachment to the result as Bhagavad Gita advises. Hari Om.
