Swamiji,How to avoid fear of crowd?

Any fear is promoted by a sense of being separate from it. So the way to conquer it, is to be part of it. You have to be part of small groups and interactive…..eventually you will realize crowd is just a slightly bigger group of people. It is the unknown element of any situation that induces fear. Slowly familiarize yourself with the situation that you are afraid of. You may seek the help of someone you trust in the beginning to help you deal with your anxieties, but unless you get into water you will never learn to swim. Hari Om.
