If you are depressed enough to think of committing suicide you need to talk to a counselor or atleast a strong friend or family member at the earliest. Your train is now going through a tunnel…..you are in the dark, but you don’t have to jump out through the window. Life is a sum total of ups and downs. If you think of ending it for every mishappening, people would have to die everyday. Instead think of the people who can’t walk, talk, have nothing to eat or a place to sleep. You are in the middle of countless blessings that you are not seeing. Take a paper and write down all your reasons to be alive and happy, however small that is. And your reason to be sad is one incident. A problem becomes yours, only to the extend that you take it into yourself. You are a treasure house of power because Bhagavan is with you. Any bad incident is only HIS way to test your strength. Take it as a challenge and prove your worth by shaking off your weakness and being powerful again. Every time negative emotions overwhelm you, chant “Namashivaya” alternating AUM, 18 times. Write back to me how you feel at the end of one week. You will see all your hurts disappering. Please always remember, nothing is constant in this world. Hari Om.
