Respected Swamiji I am a seeker and I try to meditate for 15 mins both in the morning and evening. but I cannot still my mind. I know that both attachment and aversion create disquiet in the mind. How can remove both these tendencies so that my mind becomes like a still lake? Hari Om Mrs. Padma

The aim of meditation is to consciously create a space between your body/ mind and your being. It is not a process of controlling thoughts. Instead, it will help you to keep thoughts flowing through your mind’s surface while you remain untouched by them. Watch your breath while you chant Om, to quiten your mind. Hari Om.
