Altered sexual identity was considered as a taboo in our society at a time when we had poor understanding of its psychological nature.  Instead of alienating people with such difficulties the society needs to be understanding and accommodating. Efforts to educate them, employ them and make them useful citizens is the responsibility of the family. If identified and guided appropriately early in life by professionals, this problem may be corrected or nullified to allow a normal life for such children. There is nothing negative about them, they are wonderful people.  A proper social understanding is important. Hari Om.
