There are a lot under ‘Sandhya Namam’, you can chant anything of your preference. The important thing is to calm down your mind, around that time and connect to Bhagavan. Twilight is a time that triggers unnecessary anxieties and fears in us, hence you are asked to light the lamp and chant at Sandhya. Hari Om.
