dear swamiji, that place in the lungs where you said in the form of thumb , is it the abode of chaithanyam in the body. Can we fix our atmabodham there in the form of a flame and turn our attention to that point when we do our daily activities. can the jeevatma merge with the paramatma at that point ? one doubt came because some studies say that paramatma is in the brahmaloka that is outside the body. is it correct?
