Thank you Swamiji for the guidance you have given us during sapthaham at Pallickathod. With that idea in mind I have done my first class on 15 Th January. The class was on Life style diseases prevention on the basis of Githa and Bhagavatham named Ayurarogya soukhyam athma bodhanam. Everybody appreciated and they were attending a class of this kind for the first time. I told them that the full credit goes to Swamiji and the Divine power which is present in everybody.
