What Bhagavad Gita calls “Aasuri sampath” is all the negative emotions we carry. Let me congratulate you for identifying your problem, because you are much more blessed than other people who always justify their jealousy and blame others for it. Now, think what makes you jealous. It is some quality or thing another person has, that you wish you had. There are two ways to deal with this. Focus on your blessings and admire yourself as a person. Jealousy comes from low self esteem. The other thing to do is make yourself better. It does not have to be in the same aspect, but something that you will be proud of, make you feel good and improve your self esteem. When you are great, you are not threatened by others. Hari Om.
