All our actions either physical or mental, constitute karmam. The values and principles that guide those actions to righteousness, constitute Dharmam. Man and woman are two complimentary existences that together should create completeness and perfection at personal, family and social levels. Everything they do, should be directed to achieving this goal. Each individual has several roles, of a son/ daughter, brother/sister, wife/husband, father/mother, employee/employer, responsible citizen etc. The duties in each role is different, but Dharma should always guide you to perform the right actions, in thought as well as deeds.
