swamiji, we can consider our body as a kshethra. how can we consider each part of the kshethra as our body? How can we explain shivalingam swamiji?

Bhagavad Gita describes our body as a kshetra and the awareness in it that perceives the world as “kshetrajnan”. Conversely, every temple is designed like a human body with the deity in the position of the head. So the temple is designed to make us understand there is the presence of a supreme consciousness in ourselves and our body is in fact the home of the Lord.
Shivalingam as you know, is a spherical shape seated in a triangular base. A sphere is the shape that contains maximum energy in a given volume. Shivalingam is the representation of the supreme conscious energy (purusha) and the triangular base represents the manifested world or Prakriti. The Shivalingam represents the complimentary nature of Purusha and Prakriti or Purusha-Prakriti samyogam, which essentially makes any world complete. Hari Om.
