The answer to that question is Yes and No. If you understand Mahavishnu as the Supreme Intelligence pervading the Universe (Vyapnothi ithi Vishnu) then you are right that HE is everything. The same power resides in each one of us as well. But be clear that you cannot personify Vishnu as a deity. Hari Om.
