How can you love your Mother or Father or Child? It is a feeling that arises in the depth of your being, not something that you think and plan. You can worship him as Ishtadevatha, walk with him as a friend, see him as your protector, love him like your child. There are several instances in our scriptures where people who intensely hated him received Moksha in HIS own hands. So it is not the Bhava with which you approach him, but the intensity of your devotion that is important. Stay in constant remembrance of Bhagavan, let all your actions be in HIS service, chant a Mantra of Krishna daily, try to see HIM in everything and everyone around you, and slowly your mind will tie up with him.
