swamiji namaste .we used to fall on the feet of elders as a sign of respect .By doing so are v undergrading the god within us? it is heard that v should not fall on others feet in front of sreekovil or photos etc ? the same is the case here also as i feel thank you

When we prostrate before elders, actually we are shredding our ego and honouring the God within them and the wisdom that they have earned through all these years! Their contented hearts shower love and blessings on you!
