The temple and its surroundings should be in such a way that the Divine energy is available to anyone who comes there. If that is not the case, the Jyothishis say ‘Bhagavan is upset”. That does not mean Bhagavan is sitting inside the temple as an angry person. It only means the atmosphere needs to be modified to bring more positivity and maintain the Divine presence for the devotees to uplift their mind. Hari Om.
