What is the meaning of the word ‘STITHAPRAJNA’

It is a combination of two words sthitha or steady and prajna or intelligence. When you maintained a balanced mind unaffected by the ups and downs of life, you are a stithaprajna. And the ability to do that comes by knowing all experiences are transient and will pass. Hari Om.
