A Scripture like Bhagavatham is not to be studied as a History text describing events in their order or in chronology.
It actually confuses your left brain which is used to logical thinking.
You may be obsessed with linear thinking where you are clear about who came first or what happened first in the past and what followed later.
Bhagavatham can confuse your logical thinking and take you beyond all logic, because Truth is beyond all logic. The Supreme is not accessible by your logical mind.
So, drop all your concepts of clarity and study with a surrendered mind and then the Thatwam hidden deep in the stories will reveal before your sub conscious mind.
Every time you take a dive into the infinite ocean of Bhagavatham you will be blessed with new pearls of wisdom.
That is the ‘mahatwam’ of this invaluable Scripture handed to us by the Great Rishi Shree Veda Vyasan.
