Pranam swamiji, we need the Aksha Hridaya Mantra. also want to know the procedure of how to chant the mantra. However we do sadhana some times we cannot balance the krodha. Nala could control his krodha and over come kali by chanting this mantra. so please give this mantra. thanks and regards, laxmi

As per the Mahabharata (Vanaparva) Nala was given the Aksha Hridaya Mantra by King Rituparna of Ayodya. This Mantra would enable him to know even the calculations behind a gambling game and use it to win his kingdom back. He used the knowledge of the Mantra to win the game of dice against his brother Pushkara and thus get rid of Kali who had possessed him. When you say Kali possessed him, you should understand he lost his normal thinking faculties and lost his Kingdom in a gambling game. This is applicable in today’s life as well. However, anger as you understand as a hindrance to your spiritual process can be controlled by chanting “Om Namo Narayanaya” and meditating on it regularly.
