Hari Om Swamiji. I have been attending your discourse on “ Drg Drishya Viveka” at Singapore for last 8 days. The discourse was very helpful and your way of teachings makes people to understand the importance of controlling our mind and thoughts associated with it. The distinction on the seer and seen was well described through various examples, this understanding and inquiry is the important aspect of the realisation, which you gave to us in simplified way. The explanation of the different states of mind and the idea of diverting the thoughts and 6 step meditation approach was excellent. This is the first time I came across an explanation on the various mediation levels that need to be followed to move use closure to the Intelligence/Atman. Your service to mankind and preserve Hindu culture is appreciated. Thanks for your guidance and teachings.
