Pranams Swamiji I am unable to come out of an emotional attachment, which I should, and this disturbs my mind, to the extend I am losing sleep over it. I know it’s difficult to control the mind but could you advise what I should do.? You had mentioned in many of your episodes of Bhagavamrutham, on the wavering mind, but when it happens to oneself, the answer seems difficult.!!!!! Hari Om

Dear Prakash,
The wandering mind can be transformed through various Spiritual practices.
If you are emotionally attached with some one, discover yourself whether that mind (the person whom you love) is emotionally attached with you. Then you can truthfully discover that each mind’s priority and values are different.
Unknowingly we fall into negative imaginations that the person whom we love will definitely love us.
Differentiate imaginations and Truth.
You can love some one because your mind is existing in your body.
Who supports the existence of the mind?
Discover and love that Truth.
That Truth alone in always with you and that is called divine love.
