Dear Swamiji, I think there are many enlightened spiritual persons living in this present world.But why they all not become as Buddha or Jagat Guru?What is the difference of them with the Buddha like people?

The question is what your understanding of enlightenment is. The nature of the ultimate consciousness is that, it is infinite, blissful and attributeless. If your consciousness has evolved to that level of detached bliss, you have attained Universality and can be equated to a Buddha (enlightened)or Jagat Guru(having the ultimate knowledge). Most of the spiritual masters you see may still be in their growth towards such perfection. Hari Om.
