Dear Swamiji, Thanks a lot for your insightful thought – GOD is not out, He is within us… The body is mortal, but the thoughts are not… coz it is shared by us in many many ways. The energy, that you are referring to, which is omnipresent and guiding us, even if we do not chant his name; if it is within us – is our SELF CONFIDENCE right?? If I achieve something extraordinary in life, or if I end up doing something extremely terrible, why should I be blaming something sitting within me to be the reason? It is me, my actions which in absolute degrees of gravity have come back to me. In a way, don’t you think by holding someone other than your SELF (god) responsible for your actions, good or bad, we are demeaning our self respect? Yes, we should be selfless but we cannot lie to ourselves that “dear mind, the results are not due to your efforts but due to god’s”; sorry if I am sounding a bit demeaning but I am not able to accept it.
