Swamiji, I had mentioned you earlier about a troublesome old lady in my house who gave us always a headache. she was not keeping well for last few months and this month beginning she passed away.. as you had instructed me we had taken good care of her in her last days.. Swamiji, what worries me now is that I happened to witness her death. although it was kind of peaceful but it is not going out from my mind.. i”m pregnant for 2 months now.. will that state of mind affect my child? how can I get rid of her thoughts.. please advice..

There is no need to fear death or get rid of her thoughts. But you need to realize death is a natural phenomenon, that happens to everyone including you and me. There is nothing wrong in seeing someone leave their body, especially if it was a peaceful death. It is blessing that you were able to take care of her and be with her at the last breath. Take it as a God given duty that you performed well and move on with life. The departed soul’s blessings will be with your baby for taking care of her. Hari Om.
